The training includes a tour of the office, an overview of the There With Care, a description of the many types of volunteer opportunities that exist to help support children and families, questions & answers, and policies and specific volunteering instructions. Each training session lasts approximately 90 minutes.
Becoming a There With Care volunteer takes just a few easy steps.
- Attend a volunteer training session.
- Please bring with you to the training:
- The Volunteer Application form
- Your driver’s license and car insurance card
- $15 for the background check, if you can afford it
- CPR Certification, if you have it
After attending a training and undergoing the background check, you will start receiving weekly volunteer opportunity emails to begin caring for our families!
