Jay was diagnosed with Stage IV Neuroblastoma on January 12 th, 2002 at the age of 13 and from that point on, he was never in remission and endured constant treatment for 3+ years. Jay always had a positive outlook and was someone with respect. He tried to live with cancer, not letting it get him down. Jay was strong and brave.

Jay’s battle ended on June 15 th, 2005

We are grateful for the inspiration that Jay and his mother have given all of us at There with Care, which has provided families with the opportunities to receive prepared meals, grocery and home maintenance programs.
