Ellie was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in February of 2002. She was everything to her parents Ralph, Marie & sister Charlotte. Ellie was beautiful in every way. She found joy from the most simple things in life, like watching flowers grow and getting caught in rains showers. Having fun with friends and family, a laughing a lot! She was a dancing queen, a glitter girl, astute and clever. Ellie endured so much and was an incredibly strong and brave person. Ellie savored every moment in her life, that’s who she was.

So sadly, she passed away on July 24 th, 2003.

We are grateful for the inspiration that Ellie and her family have given all of us at There with Care, which has provided families with the opportunities to receive transportation and sibling support.
